    Since I was a kid, I loved to draw. Unfortunately I never was good. But I keep trying. This is a vector series made from some faces that I had around in the last year. Hope you like it.

    Desde que era un niño, siempre me gustó dibujar. Lamentablemente no soy bueno en eso, pero que le vamos a hacer, hay que seguir intentando, hasta que mejore. Esta es una serie que hice usando vectores y rostros de gente con la que estuve en contacto en este último tiempo. Espero que les guste.

    En este verano me volví a leer los cuentos completos de Borges y me dieron ganas de que todo el mundo los leyera. Por eso, me puse a dibujarlo e intentar hacer unos posters con él, para pegar en la calle. Pero despúes de dibujar un rato, sentí que quería dibujar otra gente que me inspiraba. Cuando estaba dibujando Tesla, mi hijo me preguntó quien era. Y ahí me dieron ganas de contarle más y más, pero lo que le dije fue “googlealo” al rato vino y me contó cosas interesantes que ni yo sabía.

    Por eso esta serie de 10 posters hechos a mano. Para ver si despierto por lo menos el interés de 10 personas sobre 10 personas que cambiaron mi forma de ver la vida.

    Google them.

    This summer I re-read the full stories of Borges and I wanted everyone to read them. So I started to draw some posters of him to put up in the street. But after a while, I felt the need to draw other people who inspired me. When I was drawing Tesla, my son asked me who it was. And this made me want to tell him more and more, but whatever I said was ‘googleado’ and then the time came when he told me things that I didn’t know.

    So there is a collection of 10 handmade posters.
    Let’s see if they can make 10 people interested in the 10 people who changed my outlook on life.

    Todos pertenecemos a instituciones, grupos, asociaciones, etc. Siempre hay algo que nos agrupa. No siempre esas agrupaciones están formalizadas o constituidas, quizás porque nos avergüenzan o simplemente nos da vagancia el establecer oficialmente que formamos parte de ellas.

    Stupid Logos es un proyecto donde intentamos encontrar algunos de esos grupos. Los más absurdos, para hacerlo un poco más divertido.

    SL es un proyecto en constante desarrollo. A ver si seguimos desarrollando más y más.

    Challenge:
    Monkey Week is the biggest independent music festival in Spain.
    And what makes it so special?
    That it happens in bars around the city, not on big stages.
    We needed to communicate this unique feature to potential sponsors, partners and media.

    Solution:
    We decided not to do advertising, but to launch a beer brand: Monkey Beer.
    6 different beers inspired by some of the most amazing stories in music history.
    Each beer had a unique design and was delivered with the other five in a limited edition six-pack.

    Grandmother Tips.

    Just a few (or Some) tips that my grandmother should have given me, but unfortunately never did.

    For a long time I´ve been wanting to do something with one of my sisters, my great-aunt and typography.
    Not all together, but it just turned out that way.
    As my son gets older and I get more grey hair, I wonder what kind of advice will I give to my grandkids.
    My three grandmothers where always giving me sermons instead of tips. “Be carfeul with your money”. “Don´get invloved with that girl”, “Save”, “Get a haircut, you look like a hippie”, and all those classic parent, grandparent comments.
    When you´re younger you think you´ll never fall into that same kind of discourse, until you find yourself talking about stupid (cliché) stuff with your kid, about how important school is and if you don´t have a degree you´re nobody. I hope I can give better advice some day. In the meantime, here are some tips my grandmother should have given me.

    This is what I learned.

    You won’t learn a lot of things from a single project, but it is curious what happened to me during this process and I wanted to tell you about it.

    I started with the collages and the truth is that I didn’t really know what I was looking for, I just felt that I wanted to fill pages and pages with different things. Just get it out of myself. I started with the magazines that I had at home and after going through several of them, I made the rules that I explained in the video. I could not buy anything to make the collages; I had to only use what was at home or what I found lying around. That is why I used the airplanes magazines, junk mail and obviously the magazines that were always turning up in the bathroom.

    The point is that after I completed all the collages I thought that I was going to light them on fire. But something strange happened. If I was supposedly going to burn all the collages, why should I care so much about the details? Why I was cutting out eyes and lips for 2 weeks and looking for specific things? Why am I worried about retail colors and shapes, if in the end everything was going to disappear? And then I said, these collages are like life. Why worry about anything if we all are going to die anyway? But instead of being pessimistic, I began to enjoy the process, without fear, without worrying if they were going to be beautiful or great, whether other people would like them or not. If they were works of art or trash. I just made the collages one after another, while giving the same love to all of them. I enjoyed the whole experience without worrying; at least I knew that it was all going to end up the same way, in a pile of ashes. I guess like in real life. And that reminded me that lately, it was me that was complicating everything.

    Well, this is what happened to me with the 55 collages and I wanted to share it. In the end, nothing is important if you cannot share it with anyone else.

    Cuando me mudé a Lisboa, me llamó mucho la atención la cantidad de pájaros muertos en la calle. Esto no es común en Mendoza. Sin embargo, las personas con las que hablaba y les mencionaba esa curiosidad, me decían que no se habían dado cuenta de ello. Por eso se me ocurrió este proyecto, mostrando cosas que se van muriendo y no nos vamos dando cuenta. Todo esto no intenta ser moralista ni nada. Es simplemente una observación.

    Estoy haciendo un MBA y una de las clases es contabilidad. Tengo que confesar que soy malísimo. Pero, lo bueno es que el MBA es en Merlin, uno de los mejores lugares para sacar fotos. En el curso, conocí la App Typic, con la que podés jugar con tipografías y fotos. Me encanta.

    Mientras estaba en clases aburriendome o no entendiendo nada, me puse a hacer estos mini posters (?). Espero que les gusten o por lo menos, mas que contabilidad.

    A few years ago, on my first journey to New York, I was walking to Greenwich Village when I thought I recognized one of the Beastie Boys on the street.
    It was raining at the time so I thought I could have made a mistake, but no.
    It was Adam, and he had an Asian woman with him.
    I was stunned, he was one of my biggest idols. I went over but I didn't say anything. I thought "Sure, I'll meet him another time."

    I never found or met him again, but instead I followed his career and activism closely.
    This video is not a sad video, it's like the Beastie and his desire to make sure people have a good time.
